• my name is Neil Hinrichsen
• I’m an entrepreneur who has cofounded two companies that were both ultimately acquired
• I’ve spent many years coaching entrepreneurs since then
• I believe people want to build companies and a world that goes beyond money, so
• I’ve a decade developing a new way for people to build companies and contribute to the world
• it’s called Koi, and it draws from the martial arts & ecosystems
• in Koi you learn to think like a martial artist and see your Fish (your company) as part of a whole ecosystem (the Ocean)
• you learn how to grow your Fish through four seasons of challenges, outwitting the Sharks (your competition), allying with Whales, and mastering Waves of Change
• over 1,000 people have been trained in Koi, and there is a Koi Facebook community of over 6,000 people

A GIANT LEAP FORWARD:

• games are the future, and…
• I’ve been working on an immersive game to teach the Koi way forward
• the beta game (I’m still refining the artwork!) is inspired by Star Wars, with Ninjas in place of Jedi Knights …

• and a martial art called Koishodo …
• which is based on Shodo, the Japanese art of calligraphy
• Koishodo lets us use just pen and paper to put the universe on a page - with daily journalling to build your world
• it allows the Ninjas to see and share their view of a beautiful world based on martial artistry and ecosystems
